We meet twice weekly on Mondays at 6pm and Wednesday 6:30pm.
Weekly runs are a mixture of 5km , 10km , Jeffing , Intervals , Social runs and Handicap.
Our runs are open to complete beginners and seasoned runners alike. We offer Coach to 5K twice a year , half marathon training once a year leading up to the Great West Run.

We also host the Cranbrook Country Park Parkrun on Saturdays 9am and the
Junior Parkrun on Sundays 9am.
